Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

 
 

All returns must be received by our Return & Exchange department within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Any return after 15 days will be donated to charities - No exception. No returns or exchanges on embroidered items. All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn (except to try on) and have not been altered, misused and abused. All returns must be in original packaging with tags and labels intact. FREE SHIPPING OFFER IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Any additional shipping and handling charges or fees assessed for return or exchange items will be billed to your credit Card on file.  When you return an item, include a letter explaining the reason for the return, also, include your order Id# or PO# from the packing slip. You will be assessed a 18% restocking fees for ALL returns and exchanges or $10.00, which ever is greater. Allow 3 - 6 weeks for your refunds. We will Process your returns and refunds as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for misdirected or lost returns; you may want to insure your return.
