Our Return Policy

 

        All items returned must be in their original condition with their original packaging, and tags. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.  If an item was ordered as a set, it must be returned as a set.

Item that is not returnable:

                     Laundered Items, even if washed without detergent and ironed

                     Items that have shrunk from being washed

                     Items that are returned with makeup or other stains

                     Personalized garments are not returnable unless an error was made by us, during the embroidering process.

                     Footwear showing visible wear is not returnable for refund or exchange, unless they are defective.

 

Regarding Ground Shipments

        We do sometimes offer free UPS Ground shipping to Contiguous states only.

        All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

        If the returned merchandise total falls below the amount advertised to receive the free shipping, shipping and handling costs will be charged to your credit card.

        The customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location (unless otherwise noted). Also, if the customer requests to pick up a shipment at their local freight company location, it is the customer responsibility for the cost of shipping both to and from the freight terminal. In the event a customer decides to refuses shipment after shipping from the manufacturer, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location.

        Please include a copy of the postal receipt in your return package. We suggest you return the package using a freight service that will provide proof of delivery: (Multiple loses have been experienced using the US Postal Service and we cannot be responsible for these losses).

        Please do not use the product box as a shipping container when returning footwear. Please allow 14 business days to process your returned items.

 

How do I return all or part of the merchandise?

How do I exchange all or part of the merchandise?

Can I return a garment that has been personalized?

 

        Personalized garments are not returnable unless an error was made by us, during the  embroidering  process.(Check you order and make sure the correct Spelling, Script, Size, Color and Placement is correct before checking out of the shopping cart.)

 

What if my item is defective?

        Our manufacturers stand by their products.  However, on rare occasions, a product can have a defect.  If a product that you've purchased from Fashion Seal Lab Coat has a defect, please contact us at: customerservice[at]fashionseallabcoat.com

What if part of my order is backordered?

If you have ordered multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately, so as not to delay your entire order. If you have ordered multiple items for international delivery, the order will not ship until the entire order is fulfilled.

You will not be billed or charged for any additional shipping fees for backordered items.

 

When I placed an order and received my confirmation. If I want to make some changes to the order, what changes are allowable?

Use the “Contact Us” link to send an e-mail to our Customer Service Representative with your request for a change, please be specific and include the order ID number from your confirmation. Please inform us immediately. Once the order is processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Does fashion seal lab coat ship internationally?

Fashion Seal Lab Coat can ship international orders via USPS International Service or UPS. International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local governments. If you have any questions, email us at custormerservice[at]fashionseallabcoat.com Please include your name, telephone number and if it applies to a specific order, please include your order ID number or PO#.

 

How are orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO and FPO addresses?

All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), APO and FPO addresses are delivered via USPS. There is a surcharge of $9.98 for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).

How do I track my order?

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can track your order via Fed Ex tracking number at http://www.fedex.com/Tracking or UPS tracking number at http://www.ups.com/Tracking.  USPS does not provide order tracking, only delivery confirmations.

 

Can I order by fax or mail?

Using our secure online ordering process is the preferred and most expedient method of ordering from Fashion Seal Lab Coat.

But, there may be times when you would prefer to order by regular mail. To order by mail order, when you have completed the off-line order form, mail to:
